The potato vodka uses fresh high starch potatoes - sometimes potatoes are re buried in soil to keep them cool while awaiting their turn. The potatoes are washed and steam cooked ready for a 2 week fermentation with their signature yeast strain. Distilltion occurs in an original copper still that was built in 1896 - one of the oldest remaining stills in Poland - and rested for two weeks in barrels to mellow and develop flavour. Finally the vodka is bottled on site.
