The kind of little gem you try on holiday and search for once your home, chasing the memory of that last sunlit glass. Golden color, pale and bright. Aromas of citrus, yellow peach and pear lead to a generously fruity palate with a lot of subtlety and freshness.
Try it as an aperitif or with a Caesar salad. Would also work with grilled meats.
The Château Saint Cyrgues estate is located in the south of the France, near Nîmes. It faces the Petite Camargue, one of the most beautiful sites in France, and the Mediterranean Sea. The southern exposure of the estate allows a good maturity of the grapes, which gives the wine its racy and fine character. Its geographical location makes it the southernmost vineyard of the Rhone Valley.
