Chateau Saint-Pierre Eden Rose AOP 2025

Get to know: Château Saint-Pierre Eden Rosé AOP 2025

A beautifully elegant Provence rosé wine from the sun-drenched vineyards of the Côtes de Provence.

Tasting Note

Château Saint-Pierre Eden Rosé is exactly the sort of Provence rosé you reach for when the sun’s out and lunch turns into the whole afternoon. Pale peach in colour with delicate aromas of wild strawberry, peach, pink grapefruit and a soft sweet-shop note. Crisp, dry and refreshing on the palate, it’s packed with juicy berry fruit and bright citrus freshness, with a smooth finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Easy-going but still elegant, this is a brilliant bottle for sharing over seafood, salads or a long lazy barbecue.

Top food pairings:

  • Fresh seafood platters with prawns and oysters
  • Grilled sea bass with lemon and herbs
  • Niçoise salad or Mediterranean vegetable dishes
Kate Says

"If you love classic Provence rosé, this absolutely delivers. Pale, dry and effortlessly drinkable, it’s the sort of bottle that disappears very quickly in the sunshine. This is a one-off parcel, so enjoy it while you can"
