100% Pinot Noir from Champagne's most southerly region of the Aube from grower producer Laurent Breton. Between 24-36 months ageing on the lees to help develop and mature the flavours. The finished article is full of peach, apricot, melon, red berries along with hints of caramel and spice with brioche and honey on the finish. A mature, complex champagne that would be fantastic as an aperitif or as a pairing to roast poultry or an apple pie.
