Chariman's Reserve was first blended back in 1999, overseen by the then chairman Laurie Barnard as a special project to create a fine quality rum to represent Saint Lucia's iconic style. Blended from both Coffey column stills and copper pot stills, married together after maturation before re entering oak to finish blending. Rich banana, caramalised fruits, spicy oak and vanilla on the nose. Well balanced on the palate with lots of chocolate, tobacco and cloves with a long, creamy finish.
