Very limited quantities available of the third edition of this very special series of rums from St. Lucia Distillers.
A blend of rums from all four of the distilleries stills. Aged between 6 and 12 years. This has 12g/l of added sugar which makes the rum smoother, slightly sweeter and less dry than the 2nd edition.

In 1931, a new distillery was commissioned in the Mabouya Valley near Dennery in St Lucia. The distillery was founded by Deni Barnard and produced rum until 1972 when St. Lucia Distillers was formed out of the merging of Dennery Distillery and the Roseau Distillery. 1931 celebrates this history and St. Lucia Distillers' commitment to world class, handmade rums, which has now lasted 81 years.
