A really high quality Lambrusco from a family etstae dating back to the 1930's. Delicate bubbles, lots of dark currants, strawberries and plums on the nose. On the palate there's a serious, earthy, herbaceous edge balanced with racy raspberry acidity and a rich texture. A great pairing with BBQ red meat or some charcuterie.
