Tasting Note

Broccardo I Tre Pais 2021 is an elegant Barolo that balances freshness with depth. Ruby red with subtle orange highlights, it opens with aromas of vanilla, liquorice, and gentle spice. On the palate, the 100% Nebbiolo grapes bring a fine structure of tannins, layers of red cherry and citrus notes, and a refined, lingering finish. This is a classic Piedmont red, showcasing the finesse and complexity that Barolo lovers seek.

Top food pairings:

  • Stuffed pigeon or game birds
  • Mature hard cheeses such as Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • Rich red meats like braised beef or roast lamb
