A ripe, juicy Syrah with bramble fruits and a meaty, savoury spiciness. Medium-bodied and easy to drink with fine tannins and refreshing natural acidity. Made with wild yeast fermentation and ageing in large French oak foudres.
Vigneti del Salento, 'I Muri' Negroamaro, 13%, Italy, Vegan
