Up to 30 months ageing in total, 12 months of which are on the fine lees in the bottle. This helps to develop intense patisserie aromas, creamy texture and lots of green apple, the finish is soft and well balanced. Really top notch Cava.

Bocchoris was established in 1918 by the Santacana family, who have been making wine for generations. Their cellar is in the centre of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and is considered one of the five oldest and most traditional Spanish cellars in existence. This Cava is aged in the ancient local cellars for twenty months before being disgorged.
