A new orange wine from Uruguay using Petit anseng and Gros Manseng, grown organically. Cofermented with 35 days of skin contact to etract colour, tannins and texture. Full of vibrant apples with marmalade and a honeyed character on the finish.
Santiago Deicas is one of Uruguay's leading winemakers and here he's created a fantastic, minimal intervention orange wine.
Great to pair with Korean food, especially dishes with kimchi.
