The Biscardo family have been making wine from their base in Soave for over 150 years and still now is family owned and led by borthers Maurizio and Martino. Their Amarone is the classic blend of Corvina (75%), Corvinone (20%) and Rondinella (5%), air dried for 120 days before being crush and fermented then spending 12 months ageing in oak barrels. The resulting wine is intense, full of sweet red fruits, rich and velvety with plush round tannins. A very classic style of Amarone that pairs well with red meat dishes or game.
