How it’s made:

• Base spirit: High-quality wheat from the Champagne region of France, column distilled a minimum of seven times
• Six hand-selected botanicals distilled in the UK for a clean London Dry style
• Key botanicals include juniper, cassia, citrus peel, coriander, angelica, and liquorice
• Base spirit is carbon filtered for clarity and smoothness
• Final blending and proofing with pure Icelandic water, naturally low in minerals and high in pH
