A crisp and zesty white wine produced in the Languedoc, south of France. Made from Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Gros Manseng, the wine is fresh and aromatic with green and tropical fruit flavours and mouth watering integrated acidity.
Perfect with asparagus and burrata salad. But also great with seafood, spicy and fried food. Serve chilled.
This is a new project borne out of Covid 19 lockdown from Will Sandbach, Abbie Roden and Hermione Underwood. Their tagline is 'A wine for friends, by friends'
