They have a production capacity of 3.5 million litres, of which 75% is stored in concrete, 15% oak and 5% stainless steel. The part of their winery founded in 1870 still has original barrels and cones used since the year of foundation.
For this Sauvignon Blanc fruit is sourced from the highest area of the D.O.. Here they use trellised vineyards, that are irrigated to maintain acidity and freshness and balance. The production is done at low temperatures to preserve the primary aromas and obtain a good aromatic intensity.
