A field blend from the steep terraces of Ribera Sacra in north west Spain. Lots of aromatic florals jump out of the glass with layers of citrus and white stone fruits, zippy acidity and a clean minerality on the finish.
Adegas Guimaro are a small family estate of around 9 hectares, now into their fifth generation of the Rodriguez family, Pedro has been at the helm since 2001 focused on the local varieties, using wild yeasts and minimal intervention to express the qualities of the terroir with their slate and granite soils.
The perfect white to enjoy with some light tapas or seafood dishes.
