A serious treat for any red wine lover - 1 bottle of Lopez de Haro, Rioja Gran Reserva 2014 from Spain. Made only in years of exceptional harvest of the best quality fruit, Gran Reserva wines must be a minimum of 5 years old, with 2 years minimum in oak barrels and 3 years in bottle before release. These have the lots more savoury, oaky flavour. Only 2% of Rioja is Gran Reserva, so you know you're getting the best. Presented in a wooden gift box, this is a wonderful red wine gift.

A big, bold, powerful wine. Aged in a mixture of French and American oak for almost 3 years before further bottle ageing, there's enourmous complexity. Lots of sweet cinnamon and liquorice spices with juicy red cherries and plum compote. It's rich and unctuous with velvety tannins and a creamy vanilla finish.
Classically paired with barbecued lamb chops but sure to go down a treat with and roasted red meats.
