    FAQs

    You’ll receive a different selection of top-notch wines each month, all of which will have been tasted by the Reserve team. We’ll curate your box to ensure you have a broad mix of wine types and styles to keep things really interesting. Our philosophy is pretty simple – we focus on quality, taste and value and work with lots of small-scale, family run wineries all over the world. We love introducing our customers to new wines and taking them beyond their normal drinking boundaries. But most of all, it’s about having fun with wine and enjoying every single glass.

    We’ve kept things super easy. Sign up at any time and we’ll send out your wine to arrive like any regular order from our website – within two working days. If you order before 2pm, the subscription will be sent out of the very same day for next day delivery.

    Yes absolutely – you just need to log in to your account and amend your subscription there. Easy peasy!

    Unfortunately not. Our subscriptions are all about surprise and taking our customers on a voyage of discovery. It’s your chance every month to try something completely different and hopefully find your new favourite. Our team have selected the wines based on how they all fit together and we hope you love them as much as we do. We love receiving feedback though – so please do let us know what you think!

    We will ship your subscription on the date each month that you originally signed up. It will arrive within 2 working days from that date.

    A smashed wine bottle is a never a good thing – but don’t worry. Our subscription boxes are really snuggly packed so your wine will arrive in pristine condition.

    You can make changes up to the day before we send your box out – which is the same date in the month that you originally signed up.

    If you’d like to change your delivery date, just get in touch.

    No problem - you can do this in the subscriptions section of your account. Just make sure you do so up to one day before we normally send out your delivery.
