Frequently Asked Questions

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 2-4 working days. Express next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday. We use tracked couriers so you'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes - free standard delivery is available on order over £100 and selected cases (look for the FREE Delivery label on qualifying products). This is available to postcodes within Parcelforce delivery zone 1. For Postcodes in the Highland & Islands an additional surcharge will apply.

Can I collect in store?
Yes, we offer free click & collect from all of our stores. Select "In-store pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Do you deliver internationally?
Currently we deliver within the UK only. Please contact us if you have a specific international enquiry.

Absolutely. Our team are passionate about wine and happy to help. Drop us an email or call us or use the Live Chat and we'll recommend something based on your taste, occasion, or budget.

Are your wines suitable for vegans/vegetarians?
Many of our wines are vegan-friendly. Where we have this information, it's noted on the product page. If you're unsure about a specific bottle, contact us and we'll check for you.

Do you sell wine by the case?
Yes - we offer pre-made curated cases as well as the option to build your own. You can save 5% off any 6 bottles or more from our Best Sellers collection and any case order over £100 qualifies for Free Delivery* (*some exclusions apply)

Gift Cards & Gifting

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we sell digital gift cards available in a range of denominations. They're delivered instantly by email and can be used online at checkout.

Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes - there's an option to include a personalised gift message at checkout. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate gifting.

Tasting Events & Experiences

Do you run wine tasting events?
Yes - we host regular tasting events and experiences, including our Wine & Cheese Tasting Evenings. Check our Events page or sign up to our mailing list to be the first to hear about upcoming dates.

Can I book a private tasting for a group?
Yes, we can arrange private tastings for corporate events, celebrations, and group bookings at our West Didsbury store. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Returns & Complaints

What if my wine arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly - your satisfaction is our priority.

What is your returns policy?
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please get in touch. We'll do our best to resolve the issue, whether that's a replacement, credit, or refund.

Age Verification

Do I need to be 18+ to order?
Yes. By placing an order with Reserve Wines you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and may request ID on delivery.
