2.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Reserve Wines, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition.
2.2 We may ask the winner for proof of age and identity. If they can't provide it, we may withhold the prize and pick another winner.
3.1 The competition opens at 00:00 on 25th September 2026 and closes at 00:00 on 19th November 2026. We won't accept entries received after the closing time.
3.2 To enter, please complete your details in the sign-up form and then click the link in the confirmation email we send you. Your entry only counts once you've confirmed it.
3.3 No purchase is necessary.
3.4 Each person can enter once. We'll disqualify duplicate entries, bulk entries, automated entries and entries made on someone else's behalf.
3.5 We're not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete, or that can't be confirmed because of technical problems.
4.1 The prize is "a mixed case of 6 bottles of wine chosen by our team, worth approximately £150".
4.2 There is one prize. There's no cash alternative, and the prize can't be transferred.
4.3 If something outside our control makes the prize unavailable, we may swap it for one of equal or greater value.
4.4 Delivery: e.g. "The prize can be delivered to a UK mainland address or collected from any of our shops." The person who receives any alcohol must be 18 or over.
5.1 On or before 20th November 2026, we'll pick the winner at random from all confirmed entries that meet these terms.
5.2 We'll contact the winner by email within 7 days of the draw. If they don't reply within 14 days, we may pick another winner.
6.1 We'll use your details to run the competition and to contact the winner, in line with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Entering also signs you up to the Reserve Wines newsletter and email marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing won't affect your entry.
7.1 We may cancel, change or suspend the competition if something outside our reasonable control makes it necessary. If we do, we'll tell entrants as soon as we can.
7.2 We may disqualify any entry that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
7.3 This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook or any other social platform.
