Get to know: Pressure Point Méthode Ancestrale, WO Paarl Pet Nat 2025
A vibrant and expressive South African sparkling wine from the characterful vineyards of Paarl.
Tasting Note
Pressure Point Méthode Ancestrale is a lively and refreshing pétillant naturel that delivers bright fruit and a gently wild edge. Pale coral pink in colour with delicate aromas of fresh strawberry, redcurrant, a touch of cranberry, and lightly yeasty notes. On the palate, this Cinsault pét nat is crisp and energetic, bursting with tangy red berry flavours and a subtle savoury complexity. It finishes clean and appetising, with a soft, lightly sparkling texture that keeps you coming back for another sip. A brilliant example of modern Paarl sparkling wine with both charm and precision.
Top food pairings:
- Smoked salmon with lemon and dill
- Charcuterie and cured meats
- Freshly dressed summer salads
Kate Says
"This is my kind of fizz – a bit playful, a bit rebellious, and seriously refreshing. Perfect for picnics, garden drinks, or whenever you fancy something a little different."
