Armed with degrees in biology and oenology, Gonzalo returned to craft wines that respected nature above all else. His Gran Cerdo Tempranillo is a natural red wine that’s organic, vegan, and proudly minimal intervention – a cheeky nod to the “big pigs” (bankers) who told him winemaking wasn’t a ‘real asset.’
