This is a fresh and expressive Soave, a blend of 85% Garganega , 15% Trebbiano di Soave. It has classic aromas of white flowers, almond blossom and a touch of citrus. Rounded, ripe fruit is perfectly balanced by a fresh, clean acidity. Long and fragrant, it has a note of fine, almond pastry on the finish.

Pieropan's estate covers are 58 hecatres on the stony hillsides of Soave Classico. The family have been producing wines here since the 1890's and were the first producer to ever bottle a wine with the name Soave on the label way back in the early 1930's. so it's fair to say they are masters of the region and since 2015 all of their wines are organically certified.
