Natural Grenache/Syrah/Carignan blend from the Southern Rhone. Sourced from Organic and Biodynamically farmed vineyards its packed full of dark berry fruits, liquorice and spice. A truly accessible natural red wine that pairs well with most types of food. There's no fining or filtration and minimal Sulphur added at bottling.
Created in 1965, this Gard cooperative brings together ten winegrowers in the same cellar: each has its own identity and way of working. They have decided to vinify without inputs for more than twenty years, with spontaneous fermentations, without fining or filtration.
