Get to know: False Bay, 'Whole Bunch' Cinsault Mourvedre Rose
Tasting Note
Old bush vine Cinsault forms the backbone of this 'proper' rose. A pale, spicy and textural rose mostly sourced from bush-vine Cinsault with summer fruits on the palate and a lovely clean, savoury, dry finish.
Pair with BBQ veggie skewers.

"Love the wines of False Bay. They are such good quality for the price. This rosé is made from delicately pressed whole bunches of grapes. The pale juice is full of summer berries but also has a food friendly savouriness."
Producer Info
Named after South Africa's most iconic bay, which frames much of the country's premium winelands, the False Bay range of wines are crafted by Waterkloof Cellarmaster Nadia Langenegger. Grapes from mature, often old and always naturally balanced vineyards are sourced from the Cape's Coastal Region. Natural balance in the grapes is a pre-requisite as this sustainably certifed and South African bottled varietal range is made with minimal intervention and fermented with wild yeast.
