100% Shiraz that just leaps from the glass. Intense red cherries, blueberries and hints of violet with a gentle spicy, peppery finish. This is full bodied with solid tannins balanced with lovely acidity and an elegant finish.
A nice red to try with leaner cuts of red meat such as venison.
This wine comes from a blend of different shiraz vineyards around the site, aged in a mixture of new and old French oak barrels for around 16 months.
