Burnt Faith was started by Brandy enthusiasts who wanted to try making their own spirit in England outside of the strict of cognac. With their first release are distilling and blending their own brandies in the UK’s first legit brandy house. Using the only chanterais pot still in Britain they use Trebbiano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Blanc grapes to create a double distilled spirit that is finished in a combination of four barrels: Ex-American Bourbon cask which held Spanish brandy, ex-Pineau des Charentes, ex-Cognac, ex-Cherry Liqueur.
