Bounty Spiced Rum (70cl 40%)

100% Coffey column still rum, matured in ex-bourbon casks for two years. Following the long tradition of Saint Lucian spiced rums, Bounty is infused with vanilla, cinnamon and richeria grandis bark, known locally as 'Bois Bande' This gives a soft, sweet, spiced nose, full of vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. Ripe honeyed raisin fruit with an explosion of vanilla and nutmeg on the palate and a fresh finish.
