An elegant and fresh Pinot Noir with from the cooler vineyards in the Haute Vallée d'L'Aude Altitude. Intense dark cherry and blackberry fruit on the nose, a rich round palate with notes of red summer fruits such as raspberry and more blackberry. Nicely integrated oak adds to the structure, and lends a spiciness to the long finish.

Decadent aroma with hints of red and black cherry and plum compote. The fine and velvety palate is a treat for the senses with sweet dark fruits and spice leading to a persistent finish, with soft tannins.
