A fine Bordeaux red wine. It is a blend borne from the same plots as their firs wine, Château Biac, but with a view to being drunk more readily. Complex aromas of black cherry, ripe plum, blackberry and a subtle hint of cedar and graphite, classic of Merlot-led Bordeaux. On the palate, it’s medium- to full-bodied with a rich core of dark fruit, supple, well-integrated tannins and a generous mid-palate without any heaviness. The finish is smooth, fresh and quietly persistent, making this a polished Bordeaux red that’s drinking beautifully now while still holding structure.
