Founded in 1914, Cantine Volpi is a family-run winery located in Tortona, Piedmont, Italy. Nestled in the hilly Colli Tortonesi area, their vineyards benefit from a perfect climate for producing high-quality wines. The winery owns 28 hectares of vineyards and also sources grapes from local growers, covering a total of 120 hectares.
Cantine Volpi is known for its range of wines, including Barbera, Moscato, and Timorasso, as well as organic options under their "Era" label. They’re proud pioneers, producing the first Cortese Frizzante DOC back in the 1970s, and have been leading the way with organic wines since the late 1990s. Today, 70% of their production is organic.
