Super Sicilian white wine that is worth a try if you usually enjoy Sauvignon Blanc or Albarino. Intense straw yellow in colour. The vibrant aroma is ripe with pineapple, with a gentle herbal notes of tea and nettle leaves. On the palate there are some lovely citrus and peach flavours supported by refreshing acidity and bright fruit filled finish leaving you licking you lips ready for a another sip.
It's ideal with seafood and light pasta dishes.

The grapes are grown in Marsala, in the extreme west of Sicily, an area where excellent quality grapes for white wine are grown. Miopasso go through an extremely careful selection process for the Grillo grapes, choosing only the most characterful and best quality grapes possible, which is very evident in the finished wine. They employ various different methods of canopy management, in order to handle the fact that the grapes hit the peak of maturity in mid-September, when the Sicilian sun is still very strong. All the grapes are hand-picked.
