Natural wine has no single legal definition, but the principles are widely understood: grapes farmed organically or biodynamically, with minimal intervention in the winery. That means native yeast fermentation, no additions or corrections, and bottling with little or no sulphur - unfined and unfiltered where possible. The result is wine that is alive, expressive and genuinely reflective of where it comes from.

Grape varieties range from Pinot Noir, Grenache and Blaufränkisch to Catarratto, Nero d’Avola, Viura and Semillon - many of them lesser-known varieties that natural winemakers have championed.
