We have something new and exciting planned! We're partnering up with the fantastic Balance Brewing & Blending from Manchester to provide an evening of mixed fermentation beers.
Balance is the only brewery in Manchester who specialise in barrel fermented spontaneous beers, with a focus on all British ingredients and sustainability.
This includes foraged ingredients, British malt and hops. It's a small artisan project that started in 2021, and has been impressing loyal followers ever since. This is all done by two passionate brewers (Will & James) who manage every element by hand, from brewing to blending, bottling and even label design.
We will be tasting through a selection of beers including, session, saison, hopped and fruited beers.
There will be our usual selection of snacks available to order on the evening including cheese and charcuterie.

This is an in-store tasting that will be hosted at our Didsbury site; 176 Burton Road, M20 1LH
There are no physical tickets for this event. Your booking confirmation acts as your ticket. Please speak to a member of the reserve wines team on arrival.
