There is nothing subtle about this wine. From the name to the label to the wine in the glass, this is a bold, no-nonsense fruit bomb. Aromas of plum, blueberry and cherry jam with just a little pepper spice lead to a jammy full-bodied palate with soft tannins. This is all upfront flavour and very easy to enjoy.
Try this with grilled meats or a lamb curry.
The Shiraz for Jammy Monkey is harvested in the cool of night from ancient soils in Victoria. In the winery a gentle fermentation is followed by a short barrel ageing before bottling.
