Tarsier Khao San Gin (70cl, 41.2%)

Get to know: Tarsier Khao San Gin

Tasting Note

Part of Tarsier's Backpacker Series, this is the gin that begins the adventure on Khao San Road in Bangkok, Thailand. This is the backpacking hub of Asia. 412 metres of neon lights, bars, hawkers and the most amazing street food surround us. The aromas of kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass and Thai red chilli fill the air…

Khao San Gin is their expression of this incredible location. To harness the fresh, vibrant flavours of Thai cuisine, Tarsier cold-distilled Kaffir Lime Leaf, Lemongrass and Thai Red Chilli separately in a vacuum still and blended with a traditional distillate of 10 carefully selected botanicals. Finally it is bottled at 41.2% in homage to this famous road which measures 412 metres long.

Savoury, earthy notes of red pepper, undertones of lemony citrus and aromatic hints of kaffir lime leaf. The chilli flavour packs a punch without the heat.

Perfect Serve: Premium Indian tonic garnished with a slice of lime and slice of fresh chilli
