Senderos de Ukan Rioja 2022, 14% Spain

A precise, medium-bodied Spanish red wine from Rioja Alavesa, ready to drink now or set aside to age. Ukan Winemaker Koldo Eguren blended Tempranillo from five different villages in Rioja Alavesa for this one, all on clay-limestone soils, giving it an elegant structure, with tannins that are already beautifully integrated. Our team keeps reaching for this bottle, and once you've tried it, you'll understand why. Great with slow-roast lamb shoulder with rosemary.

Soalheiro Alvarinho 2025, 12.5% Portugal
Soalheiro’s ‘Clássico’ is pure Alvarinho at its best – vibrant, expressive and incredibly moreish. Aromas of ripe peach, apricot and zesty citrus jump from the glass, with hints of tropical fruit and white flowers. On the palate it’s crisp and focused, with mouthwatering acidity, a lovely saline touch and a clean, mineral finish that lingers long after the last sip. Try with grilled mackerel with lemon and olives
