Fresh, saline and concentrated this is an excellent, classic Fino. Aged at Osborne in El Puerto Di Santa Maria, the local climate allows the layer of yeast, the 'Flor' to work all year round creating a delicate yet intensely pungent wine.
Perfect with Iberico ham, or as an aperitif.
