Shiraz from a small 11 hectare family owned estate in the Mclaren Vale. Beautifully poised and elegant shiraz with layers of blueberries, red cherries, spice and cardomom. It's plush and rounded with a gentle creaminess and savoury tannins. They suggest pairing it with a spiced Catalan fish stew and who are we to argue.
