The flagship wine from Bruce Gregory and Majella, a true expression of what Cabernet Sauvignon is capable of in Coonawarra. Aged for 18 months in French oak, 50% of which is new. Deep purple, with lots of blackcurrants and vanilla from the oak alongside rich ripe plums and casses with hints of leather and tobacco. This wine cries out for a steak or a roast dinner.
