Vallformosa is a historic Cava producer based in Catalunya, with roots stretching back to 1865. Still family-owned, they’re one of the top five Cava houses in Spain, known for their innovative yet sustainable approach to winemaking. Working with over 500 independent growers, Vallformosa combines generations of tradition with a commitment to environmentally friendly practices, resulting in sparkling wines that are both authentic and modern.

How it’s made:
