Siegel are a winery rooted in family tradition and planted their first vines in the Colchagua Valley over 30 years ago. They now have over 700 hectares of vineyards across seven regions from the foot hill of the Andes in Los Lingues to the highest coast zones, like Peralillo.
This is a juicy and very drinkable Sauvignon Blanc from Chile's Curicó Valley just south of Colchagua. It smells of intense tropical fruits, pear, and notes of citrus leading to a fruity palate with balancing acidity and a soft, persistent dry finish.
You can enjoy this with all manner of sea food and salads and we like it with big garlicky prawns or chargrilled squid.
