Domaine La Sarabande was establish so that Paul and Isla Gordon could fulfil their dream of making, serious, long living, robust wines. the vineyards are farmed organically and the grapes are hand harvested, naturally fermented and unfined and unfiltered at bottling. Les Rabasses is a blend of syrah and Mouvedre resulting in aromas of cassis and bramble fruit. On the palate there are flavours of truffle, spice, dark berries and earthiness. An amazing wine to pair with rich foods such as roast lamb.
