A bright, coastal Vermentino from the sun-soaked shores of southern Italy.
Named after the wild thyme (‘Timo’) that grows near the Ionian Sea, this zesty white captures the aromatic soul of Puglia. Elegant, mineral and bursting with Mediterranean character. Fresh and floral on the nose, with exotic notes of white blossom, lime cordial, and coastal herbs like rosemary and thyme. The palate is crisp and saline, with juicy green apple, soft citrus and a long, savoury finish. Wonderfully refreshing and full of charm.

"I love how this wine captures the scent of the southern Italian coastline. Crisp, citrusy and a little bit savoury - it’s the sort of white that makes you crave grilled seafood and salty snacks on a sunny terrace."
San Marzano began in 1962 when 19 growers in Puglia joined forces to form a quality-led cooperative. Now working with over 1,200 growers, they blend tradition with modern techniques to create expressive wines that honour the region’s heritage. In 2022, they were named ‘Cooperative Winery of the Year’ by Gambero Rosso.
It’s the essence of southern Italy in a bottle - vibrant, herb-scented
