100% Nebbiolo , intense and spicy on the nose with lots of dark fruits then a complex blend of plums, tobacco and vanilla. A great Barbaresco to drink now but will continue to develop with time in the cellar.
An elegant, approchable Barbaresco aged in oak for around 24 months before release.
Try this with aged cheeses such as Gouda or Pecorino.
