A fantastic Pinotage full of red and black berry fruit with winter spices and toasty character coming from a mixture of oak staves and a time spent in French and American Oak barrels.
Pinotage is great with low and slow meat dishes which have a bit of spice.

Painted Wolf are a relatively young winery set up by Jeremy and Emma Borg, Jeremy has worked in the wine industry for over 20 years and their passion for sourcing quality fruit whilst driving a portion of their sales into conservation projects in Paarl makes this a really exciting winery for us to work with.
