Another delicious wine from Lyrarakis who have found a place in our hearts with expressive and characterful wines. This white uses local variety Vidiano which is considered an ermerging star of island's wines. Aromas of apricot and citrus with hints of blooming herbs reveal the rich varietal character of this grape. The mouthfeel is velvety and full of texture with a lots of of ripe fruit and minerality on the finish.
If you're eating some garlicky muchroom pasta this wine will be in its element.
