Vanessa Cherruau has just taken over this beautiful estate in the heart of 'Anjou Noir' with old vineyards, farmed organically since 1995 and biodynamically since 2008. Her aim is to produce crisp, dry, age worthy chenin blanc that's sure to impress. The fruit here is intense lots of powerful ripe peach, apricot and honeydew melon. Richand luscious on the palate with clean lemon citrus and a crisp minerality on the finish.
