The Biscardo family have been making wines from their base in Soave for over 150 years, brothers Maurizio and Martino are currently at the helm with Maurizio having significant experience sonsulting for wineries all around Italy. Here we have 90% Negroamaro and 10% Malvasia Nera spending 6 months in a mixture of French and American oak barrels.
There's plenty of leather and spice alongside soft black cherries and smooth vanilla. Makes the perfect partner to a rich, beef shin ragu or pizza!
