Bow & Arrow Gamay 2020

In Scott Frank’s words “The 2019 Gamay feels like crunchy red fruit locked inside a savoury, herbal shell...with miniature lightning bolts coming out the sides” – the 2019 was a particularly fruitful vintage for Bow & Arrow. 

Scott and Dana Frank have worked in all aspects of the wine and hospitality industry before starting to bottle their own wines in Oregon under Bow & Arrow in 2010. Sourcing fruit from some of the oldest Gamay and Pinot Noir vineyards in Oregon  using minimal intervention techniques and focusing on making lighter, lower alcohol wines which are extremely food friendly.

Try this with a masala or another lightly spice tomato based Indian curry.
